When does the beta begin, and how long does it last?
The beta begins with the release of these features in early October, and will run for 60 days from the date they are installed on your system.
Will I need to upgrade SalesPad?
Yes, you will need to upgrade to the latest version of SalesPad once these features are released. If you join the beta, Cavallo will provide free SalesPad upgrade assistance.*
Is there a cost associated with the beta program?
Participation is free, no strings attached. You don’t need to purchase the Profit Max Platform or Automation Agent to join. You’ll get access to customer insights in SalesPad for the entire 60-day beta period.
How do I enable the new features?
During your free SalesPad upgrade, Cavallo consultants will help you configure the new features to align with your business rules.
How do I provide feedback?
Cavallo product team members will meet with you weekly to answer your questions and learn how you’re using these features in your business.
What happens at the end of the beta?
If you don’t already own the Profit Max Platform, it will stop running calculations on your data after the beta. Your configuration changes will remain in SalesPad. If you already own (or purchase) the Profit Max Platform, nothing changes – you’ll continue enjoying your new customer insights!
