The Churn Prediction widget displays customers categorized by risk level and shows the total gross margin at stake. Filter customers by High risk or expand to include Elevated risk tiers to broaden proactive outreach scope. View customer details including ABCD segment classification, lifetime value, and days since last order. Sort the list by customer segment to prioritize high-value A-segment accounts at risk. Export the filtered list to Excel for distribution to sales teams. The system enables sales organizations to prioritize retention efforts based on margin impact and account value.
