Profit Max Platform provides margin analysis, customer segmentation, and product performance tracking by analyzing ERP data. The platform identifies where businesses make and lose money at a granular level. Margin Intelligence compares year-over-year performance metrics including sales, cost of goods sold, and gross margin. Margin Variance Analysis breaks down gains and losses by price, returns, volume, and cost. Users can view margin impacts by customer, item, sales representative, customer class, and item class. The system identifies specific price changes causing margin erosion, such as a $4.07 negative price change on individual items. AVA Recommendations use algorithms to analyze data and suggest actions. Customer Intelligence implements ABCD segmentation to categorize customers by profitability rather than sales volume alone. A Customers generate most sales and margin with high order frequency and margins. B Customers show high profitability per order but lower order frequency. C Customers remain profitable with fewer average orders. D Customers operate at negative margins. The system tracks metrics including average orders per customer, margin per order, and margin per line item. Users can sort customers by risk score and download lists to Excel. Churn Prediction identifies customers at high risk of attrition and calculates margin at risk. The system tracks days since last order and flags customers who have not ordered recently. Users can filter by ABCD segment to prioritize retention efforts for high-value accounts. Product Intelligence tracks unique items sold and identifies top gaining and declining products. The system analyzes drivers of product margin decline including volume changes, cost increases, and discounting impacts. Users can view which customers purchased specific items where cost changes negatively affected margins. The platform flags supplier cost increases that may require pricing strategy adjustments. Cost change data is presented at the customer and item level. Data can be exported to Excel for sales and marketing campaigns. The platform processes billions of ERP data points to surface actionable insights on margins, customer profitability, and product performance.
