Every transaction, every shipment, every customer interaction leaves a digital footprint—and that information is waiting to be used to benefit your business. It’s up to you whether you leverage your own data to outcompete your rivals or ignore it. What are your top competitors doing?
Being data-driven has always been one of our core values at Cavallo, and now we’re capitalizing on that concept even more. We’re full-steam ahead in our mission to build the best solutions for streamlining distribution operations to maximize users’ productivity and profitability. Our commitment is unyielding: to ensure that each transaction not only runs smoother but also contributes more significantly to your bottom line.
Customer success has been the cornerstone of our company mission for the last 20 years. Delivering value, efficiency, and profitability to businesses is something in which we take great pride.
Now we’re taking it to the next level by investing in innovative and game-changing new solutions that will make distributors’ businesses not only more efficient, but more intelligent. And through that intelligence, they’ll experience smarter decision-making, better business outcomes, and higher profit margins.
Why do we think this is critical? Microsoft Dynamics GP and 365 Business Central house massive amounts of important data about customer-to-cash operations. There’s information spanning thousands upon thousands of items, orders, and customers.
Some companies don’t realize they’re sitting on that goldmine; others know they’re sitting on it but don’t know how to tap into it. Either way, that vital intelligence that can really drive profitability isn’t being exploited the way it should be.
There’s so much data generated through the course of daily operations that distributors can’t easily see where margin leakage exists. It’s like finding a needle in a haystack. They can’t instantly reveal the factors that have the greatest impact on their profitability, and be proactive about fixing issues.
We’re currently building a cutting-edge analytics platform called Profit Analytics that is going to empower distributors to tap into all that data to understand their margin drivers more clearly than ever before. They’ll be able to measure and monitor profit margins on a very granular level by diving deep into information about sales, margins, customers, and items. They can discover exactly where problems exist and take immediate corrective action. They’ll know precisely where to focus improvement efforts to boost profitability, and they can prevent margin leakage before it occurs instead of scrambling after the fact.
We also plan to leverage advanced artificial intelligence capabilities into our analytics offerings. With our advanced visualization and analytics (AVA), users will have unprecedented access to profit-related insights that will be game-changing for their business. AVA will serve as a sort of profitability co-pilot, providing instant answers to questions like, “Hey AVA, which 10 of my customers are most likely to churn?” or “Which 5 products have the highest and lowest profit margins?” With AVA, users will be able to analyze their businesses in seconds to aggressively identify margin leakage and take action for improvement.
Our anticipation is building as we approach the beta launch of Profit Analytics in December. Following this, we’re planning a widespread release in the first quarter of 2024. This milestone marks the culmination of a year’s dedication from our team, and we are thrilled at the prospect of guiding more businesses towards a transformative data-centric approach.
